DELIVERY OF DOCUMENTS TO THE CLERK'S OFFICE


Case-related documents may be hand-delivered to the police booth at the North Drive of the Supreme Court building. Items delivered and received by Court personnel before midnight will be considered filed on that date.

A document delivered in an open container or an open box by 2:00 p.m. on a day that the Court is open for business will be delivered to the Clerk's Office by the close of business that day.
